Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Cozy 3D, including the mobile app, website, subscriptions, and related services. By using Cozy 3D, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Cozy 3D

Cozy 3D is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and relaxation. You may use the app to browse models, color content, save progress, and access features made available to you through free tokens or Premium subscriptions.

Premium Subscriptions

Cozy 3D may offer auto-renewing Premium subscriptions, including monthly or yearly plans. Pricing, trial availability, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store provider's payment terms.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Tokens and Downloads

Free users may receive download tokens. Tokens can be used to unlock eligible models in the app. Tokens have no cash value, are not a banked currency, and may be changed or discontinued where allowed by applicable law. Premium users may receive unlimited downloads while their subscription is active.

Ads, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

Cozy 3D may include ads, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, and subscription services provided by third parties, including RevenueCat, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Mixpanel, Google Ads, Apple Ads, Apple App Store, and Google Play. These services help us operate the app, validate purchases, measure campaigns, show or personalize ads where permitted, troubleshoot crashes, and improve the experience.

Your use of Cozy 3D may also be subject to applicable third-party platform terms, privacy settings, consent choices, and app store rules. Ads, analytics, and attribution features may vary by country, platform, subscription status, device settings, and consent choices.

App Content

All app designs, model artwork, interface elements, text, branding, and other content are owned by Cozy 3D or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use app content outside Cozy 3D except where explicitly permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Cozy 3D, interfere with the app's operation, attempt to bypass purchases or access controls, extract model files without permission, or use the app in a way that violates law or harms other users, the service, or third-party rights.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Cozy 3D, including models, features, subscriptions, prices, or token mechanics. We aim to keep the experience reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

Cozy 3D is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cozy 3D is not medical or mental health advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozy 3D and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app or on this website.
